Dr. Shannon Polk, Esq. is the associate pastor of Every Nation Church Flint. Dr. Polk is bi-vocational and serves as the President and CEO of the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation. She earned a Doctor of Ministry from Evangel University- Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University – TM Cooley College of Law. She is a proud graduate of Michigan State University- James Madison College. Dr. Polk is ordained with the Michigan Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God US and a State Bar Of Michigan member. She has spoken at conferences for the Network of Women Ministers AG, the National Black Fellowship of the AG, and several other ministries. Dr. Polk is a member of The Links, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc, and The Junior League. She, her husband Jon, and their daughter Lara love serving God, watching Marvel movies, and traveling to places with sunshine and great food.
